Shipping policy

We understand the anticipation and the excitement that comes with having an online order on the way. In that regard, our courier company collects parcels every Tuesday for delivery.

All items for each week are prepped over the weekend. Please be advised that courier companies do not operate over weekends and public holidays therefore no shipping occurs during those times.

 A tracking number will be sent to your email provided that it was noted when placing the order. The tracking number will come directly from our courier partner Fastway.

Pick Ups & Walk-Ins

Kindly note that we allow no pick ups or walk ins. Thrift Happens strictly operated online therefore we have no physical store or allow any walk-ins.
